Cost: $37/night (Back in site) - $ (ask for price)/night (Pull through site) - See CG map below for sites.

The campground will accept credit cards and requires 1 night pre-paid in advance to hold the reservation. Make any checks payable to River Trail Campground and mail to the campground address above.

Please post a reply here if you make your reservation with your dates, camper year/model, first names of those attending so we can update the attendee list.

NOTE: If you reserve a site and need to cancel, “please” call the camp and let them know so they can release your site to someone else. And, please post here on the forum so we know you will not be able to make it.

Members are welcome to come earlier or stay later. The official M & G will be Friday night, Saturday night, and leaving Sunday.

· All campsites have water, sewer, and 30 amp electric. 50 amp available if needed. (site-specific)
· Please make your reservation before August 1, 2022 if possible as we need to release unused campsites back to the camp. You can still reserve after August 1st, however you may not get a site next to the group.

Camp Check-In: Since we are in a group, we can check in early; it must be past 9:30 am Friday if your site is open from the night before. Check out: Sunday at 1:00 pm

Sunline Club Campsites
We have selected overnight camping area N. Sites N30 to N40 are being held by the campground for our group. If we exceed these reserved sites, Sunline members can still reserve any other open sites. Sites N35, N36 are pull through sites, check with the camp office for pull through site pricing.

Notes: The campground has requested on back-in sites to only back into the site with the camper. They want to avoid lawn damage from pulling in the opposite direction off the pad etc. Pull through sites can come in the opposite direction, just hookups are on the opposite side of your camper.

Covid19 requirements for the 2022 Mid-West M & G as of 1/22/22

This link will take you to the current (as of 1/22/22) Ohio Travel Guidance for COVID-19 which follows the CDC recommendations for individuals who are both; vaccinated and non vaccinated. https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/po...d-19-travel-advisory/covid-19-travel-advisory

The latest CDC guidance for Activities and Gatherings can be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/index.html

With a group of our size, the odds exist there will be a mixture of individuals who are both vaccinated and non vaccinated.

- Inside all buildings/structures occupied with other people, a face-covering/mask should be worn.
- Outdoors, a 6ft. social distance should be maintained, and if the 6 ft social distance cannot be met, face masks should be worn, including at nightly campfires.
- Anyone exhibiting signs of Covid 19 should return or stay at home.

Changes to the M & G setup from years past to comply with the COVID rules.

- All campsite picnic tables will remain at each member's site versus moving many of them to the group site.
- Each camper couple/singles will cook & eat their meals by themselves.

There is no sharing of food. The Friday night cracker-barrel, potluck, and --
Sunday group breakfast are canceled.

Group site 32 will have large carport style canopies set up to create shade (if needed) for a small number of members to sit around during the day while maintaining 6ft social distance.

Members with EZ up, pop up style canopies are encouraged to bring them for shade and set them up at their site. Small numbers of members can visit at each location but must maintain the 6ft social distance or wear face masks.

During the day time, the goal is to have small visiting groups and move from small group to small group. Smaller group sizes make it easier to create social distance.

Evening campfires will be at the group site. A large circle of chairs (bring your own) will be created to meet the 6ft social distance.

These changes are all about being smart and safe and keeping everyone healthy with the COVID situation requirements.

Thank you for your understanding.

Updated the reservation list with two new attendee's who contacted me off line.

Sunline Fan in site N39, Friday & Saturday

BenB in site N30, Friday & Saturday

We still have plenty of room for more to come. :D

Much of Ohio was hit yesterday with a big snow storm. Talking with the campground today, they are snowed in too. Let's all think warm thoughts and camping season will be here soon. Yeh!!!:)

Thanks

John

Just booked
Site N42 - Tom & Mary - 2015 Jayco Eagle Premier 361REQS (TFSS)

had to cancel the last 2 years,
maybe the 3rd time will be the charm :D

Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new friends.

Hi Hutch,

I updated the signup list.

We will have 3 Sunline Owners Club moderators all at the same campout once again. This has not happened for a long time. Here in OH, we have to import them from MI & NY. I think Buttonwood 2009 was the last time we had 5 mod's at the same rally and the most ever that I recall.

Thanks

John

Hi Kathy,

Glad you can make it once again. I marked you down on the signup list.

Thanks

John

Hi John -
We're trying again! As Tom and Mary said, hopefully the third time is the charm. We booked Site 34 arriving Thurs 9/15 and leaving Mon 9/19.
We are really looking forward to your presentation on Saturday afternoon. I'll be sure to bring my handy dandy moisture meter.
In case you've forgotten, we are a 2005 T2363 ;-)
Lorie & Doug

Hi Doug,

I updated the signup list. It will be good seeing you two again.

Thanks,

John

PS. Yes, I do remember your year and model number, and a few other things about your camper. :D
