Thursday Evening
> Campfire - at site # 135

Friday Evening
> Welcome Gathering - 7:30pm at site # 136
BYO on drinks & snacks.
> Campfire - at site # 135

Saturday
> Dinner Party - 6:30pm at site # 136
Individual Purchased dinners from Harshbarger's Sub 'N Malt (as we've done the last 2 years)
We'll be around during the day on Saturday to inquire about individual's preferences (i.e., pizza or other desired entre').
Here's a link to Harshbarger's Menu if you want to look at it prior to your arrival at Buttonwood.
Once everyone has selected their dinner choices, we'll place the order and pick it up with plans to eat at 6:30pm.

Due to a scheduling change with the kids activities, we'll now be there on Wednesday evening on another site. Once we pick up the kids Thursday, we'll relocate our trailer to our group site. No Sunday night for us this year. We'll be leaving early for Massachusetts. Looking forward to seeing everyone; safe travels to all!
