Tentative Planned Activities:
We hope in 2021 we'll be able to mingle more in Mexico.
Friday Evening
> Welcome Gathering - 7:30pm at site # 136
BYO on drinks & snacks.
> Campfire - at site # 135

Saturday
> Pizza Party - 6:30pm at site # 136
BYO on drinks.
We'll be around during the day on Saturday to inquire about preferences.
Once the # & type of pizzas are decided and order placed we'll identify the shared cost.

FYI - I've created this post for next year's Buttonwood M&G now, due to the current situation, for anyone who is considering cancelling their reservation to this year's 2020 Buttonwood M&G, they have the necessary information if they want make a reservation for the 2021 Buttonwood M&G and ask if their deposit can be applied to their 2021 reservation.

Glad you're able to camp with us next year. Though you think you'll be able to fit your unit on that site

Thank-you for taking the time to drive up last Saturday to visit all of us. It was the next closest thing to camping together

The Chinese Grab Bag is on the bubble if he have enough 2021 attendees and interest. There's a high probability it will occur.

In the meantime, given the scarcity of sites due to the Covid restrictions, we are looking at alternative CG's in the area. Has anyone camped at a nearby CG you would recommend?

Hi Rich,

Pam called Buttonwood a while back and they told her they were holding sites in the top campground for a large group until Feb. 1st.
You might want to try calling Buttonwood on 2/1 to see if any sites open up.
I believe that is what Pam's planning on doing.

We've been finding that situation all over. Setting up campground reservations was never a task I looked forward to, but now with everyone and his brother deciding to buy an rv instead of staying at a hotel, its been even more difficult!

I’m not reserving Sunday. She said there’s never a problem with Sunday - Wednesday nights, so we’ll wait and see what the weather is like. While we’d love to see everyone, we aren’t rain campers, and indoor gathering may still not be possible.

This is all very interesting since I called twice and emailed once and was never offered a waiting list. I did request 2 sites, so maybe that’s a problem. I’m assuming the email puts us on the waiting list.
