Phone: 419-795-1400 Ask for Kim

Reservations Process:
(Now Ongoing)
· Sunline Club Members are to call Kim above to reserve your site.
· Tell them you are with Sunline Club to get the correct rate per night, your dates for camping, request your site number, and give your contact phone number. The Sunline rate is $34/night for 2020.

Members are welcome to come earlier or stay later. The official M & G will be Friday night, Saturday night, and leaving Sunday.
· All campsites have water, sewer, and 30 amp electric. 50 amp available if needed. (site-specific)
· Please make your reservation before September 1st, 2020, if possible, as we need to release unused campsites back to the camp. You can still reserve after September 1st; however you may not get a site next to the group.

· Please post a reply here if you make your reservation with your dates, camper year/model, first names of those attending so we can update the attendee list.

Cost: $34/night (Back in site) - $ (ask for price)/night (Pull through site) - See CG map below for sites.
Camp Check-In: Since we are in a group, we can check in early, must be past 9:30 am Friday if your site is open from the night before. Check out: Sunday at 1:00 pm

The campground will accept credit cards and requires one night pre-paid in advance to hold the reservation. Make any checks payable to River Trail Campground and mail to the campground address above.

Sunline Club Campsites
The campground was recently re-numbered the campsites since the initial M & G sign-up. The new numbering system is shown below on the camp-wide map. On the sign-up list & map, the old numbers and the latest numbers. The new number format is in parentheses with the letter (Nxx). The camp office still has us registered under the old numbers.

Notes: The campground has requested on back-in sites to only back into the site with the camper. They want to avoid lawn damage from pulling in the opposite direction off the pad etc. Pull through sites can come in the opposite direction, just hookups are on the opposite side of your camper.

Covid19 Updates for the 2020 Mid-West M & G, 9-2-20

Each member signed up, received a copy of the M & G COVID 19 required changes to comply with the state of Ohio mandates and regulations. Here is a top-line summary.

- Ohio has now instituted a statewide face mask mandate for activity outside your residence.
- Inside all buildings/structures occupied with other people, a face-covering/mask must be worn.
- Outdoors, a 6ft. social distance must be maintained, and if the 6 ft social distance cannot be met, face masks must be worn, including at nightly campfires.
- OH has issued a travel advisory 14-day quarantine for people coming into Ohio from states which have COVID rates are higher than 15%. The members currently signed up do not fall into that group. Check the OH COVID website for your state as we approach October. https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/wps/po...d-19-travel-advisory/covid-19-travel-advisory

- All campsite picnic tables will remain at each member's site versus moving many of them to the group site.
- Each camper couple/singles will cook & eat their meals by themselves at their campsite with the expectation of possibly Saturday evening. (more on Saturday evening below.)

Changes to the M & G setup from years past to comply with the COVID rules.

There is no sharing of food. The Friday night cracker-barrel, Saturday potluck, and Sunday group breakfast are canceled.

Group site (new #) 32 will have three large carport style canopies set up to create shade for a small number of members to sit around during the day while maintaining 6ft social distance.

Members with EZ up, pop up style canopies are encouraged to bring them for shade and set them up at their site. Small numbers of members can visit at each location but must maintain the 6ft social distance or wear face masks.

During the day time, the goal is to have small visiting groups and move from small group to small group. Smaller group sizes make it easier to create social distance.

Evening campfires will be at the group site. A large circle of chairs (bring your own) will be created to meet the 6ft social distance.

At the Friday night campfire, a discussion will occur if members want to eat at the same time at the group site in a large circle or square for Saturday evening. Those who wish to participate in the Saturday evening dining event are encouraged to bring a small foldup camp table, TV tray-style, to hold your food while you dine. Or, hold your dinner plate on your lap. Camper couples or singles will sit using their chairs setup all spaced 6 ft apart.

These changes are all about being smart and safe and keeping everyone healthy with the COVID situation requirements.

Hopefully, next year will be better.

Thank you for your understanding.

I think the cookies are sort of a tradition now. I'll suggest an extra batch, they disappeared quickly this year.

Reserved site 23 - TFSS.

Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new friends.
