2017 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign Up
Hello to everyone attending the 2017 WNY Meet & Greet @ Southwoods RV Resort.
This post is to inform everyone of Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner and to provide a way for individuals to sign-up / identify (via a reply to this post) what they would like to bring as a dish to pass.
As has been done at other M&Gs, grilling will be by your own choice, and people can sign-up to bring an entrée as their dish to share / pass .
Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner will consist of:
Everyone is to:
> provide your own drinks and place settings,
> bring a dish to pass.
> grilling by your own choice – but at previous M&Gs the shared dishes has provided more than enough food.
Dishes to share / pass may include (see sign-up list below):
> Entrées
> Salads & Side Dishes
> Desserts
Suggested Serving Size of Shared Dishes: since there’s currently 12 sites, 23 people I would guess that enough to serve 6-8 people should be sufficient.
Pot-Luck Dinner Schedule:
> We’ll plan to start eating dinner at 6 pm.
> We'll be eating inside the pavilion located in the middle of the circle on top of the hill
If anyone has any food allergies, please post them so everyone knows and can take them into consideration when making their dish to pass.

I’ll try to keep a running list to make it easy to identify what slots are available to sign-up for.
