2016 WNY M&G Pot-Luck Dinner Sign Up
Hello to everyone attending the 2016 WNY Meet & Greet @ Southwoods RV Resort.
This post is to inform everyone of Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner and to provide a way for individuals to sign-up / identify (via a reply to this post) what they would like to bring as a dish to pass.
As has been done at other M&Gs, grilling will be by your own choice, and people can sign-up to bring an entrée as their dish to share / pass .
Saturday night’s Pot-Luck Dinner will be held in the pavilion and will consist of:
Everyone is to:
> provide your own drinks and place settings,
> bring a dish to pass.
> grilling by your own choice – but at previous M&Gs the shared dishes has provided more than enough food.
Dishes to share / pass may include (see sign-up list below):
> Entrées
> Salads & Side Dishes
> Desserts
Suggested Serving Size of Shared Dishes: since there’s currently 13 sites, 27 people I would guess that enough to serve 6-8 people should be sufficient.
We do not have a gathering / eating / camp fire site again this year, so tentatively we’ll plan on the put-luck dinner at our site – Site #M38.
In case of inclement weather – if anyone has a large canopy that they are willing to bring, please let me know. I’ll be bringing a couple of 10x10 EZ-ups, but that won’t fit everyone.
Pot-Luck Dinner Schedule:
> We’ll plan to start eating dinner at 6 pm.
If anyone has any food allergies, please post them so everyone knows and can take them into consideration when making their dish to pass.
