2014 Sunline Meet & Greet - Buttonwood Campground

The dates for 2014 M&G at Buttonwood Campground in Mexico/Mifflintown, PA are June 6, 7 and 8. We had 23 sites in 2013 and missed you if you we're unable to attend. Hope to see you in 2014.

2014 Buttonwood M&G request

June 6-8 will be here before we know it. We are looking for volunteers for the following:

1. Someone to lead the Chinese Auction (Saturday evening).
2. Campers to bring firewood.
3. Someone to supply the hotdogs and hamburgers and buns for Potluck dinner on Saturday. (We will take a collection to defray the cost.)

If you can do any of the above, please reply.

Anyone interested in a canoe/kayak trip on Saturday afternoon can sign up with Buttonwood when you check in.

We cancelled our reservation today due to health issues. Both Marshall and I have had problems since February which caused us to be far behind on getting the trailer ready. It is just too rushed for us to try to make it. Good news is that both of us are doing much better and improving daily.

Hope all of you have a wonderful time and sorry we will miss it.

We are sorry to hear of your health problems but glad to hear that you are on the upswing. We know there is a lot to do to get a trailer ready for that first outing. Hope you get out camping soon!

Their names are Dave & Carol. They have a 2008 Keystone Passport. They seem a little reluctant to join the group activities since they never had a Sunline. We told them not to worry about it, we're not a snobby group. I think they are staying F,S,S

Only 4 days left until the 2014 Sunline Buttonwood Meet & Greet. As of today we have 26 units coming with a count of 56 people.

There is still time to sign up for the Ice Cream Social and the Pot Luck dinner. There are 4 families bringing pulled pork and buns so that will be the main course. If you want to grill something else, that is optional. If you are still trying to decide what to bring, please consider a dessert as we are low in that category.

The Trailer Crawl for Saturday morning has 4 units signed up. However, anyone may join in the Crawl to see what modifications others have made. Should be a source of good ideas - from more storage to major modifications.
