Thanks for the input. Mir and I reserved site #51 loop C. I think that's it for our dance card for summer 2014. Memorial weekend we'll be at Washington State Park in RI. July 20th we"ll be at Lake St Catherine State Park Vt for the week. We'll finish out the season with you at Nick's Lake NY in September. We're thinking about maybe sleeping by the beach at Horseneck in Mass but that all depends on if our long time friends are going.

We're from Wells, VT where Lake St. Catherine is located. Have you been there before? We go there in August. We'll be in town early the week you will be there and then we camp at Halfmoon Pond St. Park which is a little further North. Maybe we can come over to say hello when you are there or have you up to Halfmoon !

Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend the 2014 ADK M&G due to a prior commitment. First one we’ll miss since it started.

Your right on we have the 2 bichon dogs. You pointed us on to the Sunline Camper Club. I got lots of info about the camper here and am finding new opportunities to enjoy it. Well be heading up to Granville soon for a get-a-way without the camper for a couple of days.

OK here is an update: Site 41 & 42 have been reserved but don't know by who...

8 sites have been reserved by SOC members + the M&G site....

Sites 37, 43, 45, 46, 49, 50 are still available....so if you are thinking of coming, please reserve soon so we can all try to be in the same loop!

i'm proud to say i re-framed my slide in and install the atwood remote control jack system. Got a real good price for the jacks!
We're anxious to meet you all. So far we've been out 3 times already.

UPDATE!

As some of you may know, Leo and I had to cancel our reservations for the Western NY M&G (Rochester) for September 6th weekend.....a dear friend passed and his memorial was planned for that weekend - however - the family could not get the minister they requested - so they postponed the memorial for the Adk M&G weekend!!!!

Leo and I will still attend the M&G - however we will not be available on Saturday - mid-morning till dinner time!

I'm reaching out to everyone/anyone to see if someone could help organize the pot luck dinner. Right now we have 8 sites reserved (that I am aware of) and we have reserved site 54 as the M&G site.....(the cost will be $7.00 per trailer for the weekend)

We have nothing planned for Saturday for events - but - again is anyone wants to organize a kayak trip or a trailer-crawl - that would be great!
Donnie (RIP) was like a son to Leo and Leo is taking it very hard!

Now I am writing this 3 weeks in advance, but again - the date is up to the family and is subject to change (as it did for next weekend).

Any and all help will be appreciated!

No we cancelled our site and I'm just finding out that his memorial is NOT happening this weekend (I have a feeling his soon to be ex-wife found out about it - she buried him with no visitation by anyone including his family!) So it is kinda late for us to get it together - and we have another funeral to attend this Wednesday - it certainly has not been a good few weeks!

Wood - don't worry about that - we will bring it up Friday when we come up.....we may not be able to spend too much time with everyone but I definitely want to be there!

Just heard back from the family - the memorial will now be September 27th - nothing important that weekend except my birthday (the 27th) and our anniversary (the 30th = 36 years + 6 years of living in sin!) So you all will have to put up with us the whole weekend!!!!
