2013 Buttonwood Ice Cream Social Sign-Up

:!: Please post a reply to this topic thread if you are interested in attending the Ice Cream Social.

:!: Include in your reply what you plan to bring to share and number of attendees.
(# of attendees is so we can gauge if we have enough ice cream contributions)


What to Bring to Share:
Each attendee (i.e., site) is to bring to share:
> Ice Cream & Ice Cream scoop
(1/2 Gallon or 1 Pint of your favorite flavor, duplicate flavors are encouraged; please put your name & site # on your scoop)

OR

> Syrup & a Topping (such as wipe cream, nuts, sprinkles, etc.)

Note: There’s a Wise Grocery store ~8 miles west of the campground on Old US 22 towards Mifflintown, for those that would prefer to pick up their ice cream or toppings after arriving at Buttonwood.



What you need: Everyone is to bring their own
> Bowl
> Spoon


The original provider should pick up their ice cream or toppings at the conclusion of the social.
Any ice cream or toppings not picked up by 11pm will be thrown out.
Any remaining ice cream scoops will be left in the tent area. (remember please put your name & site # on your scoop so it doesn't get lost)

Count us in. We will bring ice cream and a topping. Not sure what flavor ice cream or what the topping will be yet. We will post exactly what we are bringing when we do our shopping before the trip.

We are going to bring Rolo Ice Cream and Smarties Ice Cream. Now I just have to make sure they make it into the trailer freezer unlike last years WNY meet and greet where we realized we left them sitting in the freezer at home when we got to the campground.:shock:
