2013 Adk M&G Ice Cream Social Sign-Up

When: Friday (09/20)
Time: 7:30pm
Where: M&G Site (Site #54)

Please post a reply to this topic thread if you are interested in attending the Ice Cream Social.

Include in your reply what you plan to bring to share and number of attendees.
(# of attendees is so we can gauge if we have enough ice cream contributions)


What to Bring to Share:
Each attendee (i.e., site) is to bring to share:
> Ice Cream & Ice Cream scoop
(1/2 Gallon or 1 Pint of your favorite flavor, duplicate flavors are encouraged; please put your name & site # on your scoop)

OR

> Syrup & Topping such as wipe cream, nuts, sprinkles, etc.


What you need:
Everyone is to bring their own
> Bowl
> Spoon


The original provider should pick up their ice cream or toppings at the conclusion of the social.
Any ice cream or toppings not picked up by 10pm will be thrown out.
Any remaining ice cream scoops will be left in the tent area. (remember please put your name & site # on your scoop so it doesn't get lost)

I'm not sure that everyone would like to have an ice cream social, since the weather can be very "iffy" in September - if we don't have a good response, we can cancel it and just have a nice bonfire and have a few good laughs!

We're just about bursting with blueberries and still picking! Will bring a blueberry topping. If anyone wants syrup, we can bring that as well. (And no, I don't mean Log Cabin !!!!!!!)

Nuts, caramel, cherries type toppings and try to bring bananas also. The type of stuff for sundaes/banana splits.

Typing this out makes me want to test this stuff out well ahead of time!
