2008 EASTERN M&G

Pam,

IMO - You and Steve are life long members of the club, even if you do eventually go nonSunline.

Hutch

Yes, you call Buttonwood directly and mention that you're coming for the Sunline Club weekend. There's a campground layout at the beginning of this discussion in case you want to have that in front of you when you call.

Lowell,

After you make your reservation, post here what site you're on so we can update the list and campground map.

Looking forward to meeting you and Amanda at the M&G and seeing your Sunline 5ver.

And I'm sure we'll be able to have a T-Shirt the right size for you.

Hutch

Just got off of the phone with the friendly people at Buttonwood, and reserved site 68 for June 20-21, possibly the 19th also. Looking forward to meeting everyone and making some new friends.

WOO HOO!

Hey Y'all that made it last year: Do we need to reserve the 'pavilion' with this many folks, or is there enough room without it?

Kathryn,

This year they let us use the tent, free of charge. The campground owners were very generous and by all indications, I'm sure they'll be the same next year.

Then again, it might not be a bad idea to call and confirm things with them.

Hutch

She had told me we could reserve it, or "if no one was using it" we could just go. I forgot about Luau weekend! nevermind!

ocunt us in...

Hi Jon,

Alice and I have just booked site 79 for the M&G in Mexico. Very much looking forward to it. We are also interested in shirts if they become available, they all look good...John

Hi John

Looking forward to meeting both you and Alice.

FYI - I've updated the map on page 2 to reflect your reservation of site # 79.

I'm curious, wasn't site # 80 available?

Hutch

We have tentatively reserved site 80. As I mentioned both Lori and I work for hospitals and are not in complete control of our schedules this far out. Shouldn't be a problem, but...

Looking forward to meeting all of you! :D

Don't know who updated, but there's a typo. Pam & Steve should say 2753, not Frank & Sharon.

Sorry, I must have missed your post

I've updated the map on page 2 to include you :D

Jon:

I just saw your list of site assignments on page one. When I saw the ???? beside my name, I realized I never gave DW's name (Helen) and she does not post comments here.

No, sorry I misled you in my last post. In an earlier post I had asked how long I could wait to make a reservation because of our schedules. I got several replies that I should not wait because the CG had the this group and another planned activity. That was what I was referring to. My post last night was the first time I confirmed my reservation here  Just got my e-mail reply from Buttonwood earlier this week.
Thanks for updating the map to include us.
Looking forward to meeting all of you!

site for sore eyes...

Hutch, they told me site 79 at the campground but they said 80 would also be a possiblility but I see from the posts that 80 is spoken for....John

Fellow Sunliner’s

Well we are in. Called Nancy at the campground today and made our reservations. When I mentioned the date, she thought right off it must be part of Sunline Club and sure it was. She commented we are getting to be quite a group. Yup.

So, John and Cindy are on site 113. Yeh!! Taking Friday off work to be in early. Coming in on Friday, probably just after lunch. Leaving Sunday unless we can stretch an extra day with the grand kids sitting.

Nancy did say 110 thru 112 where still open if anyone else wants in that area. She also said the tent would be up in the group camping area.

Are we getting that group area for the Saturday night dinner?

OK now come on June!!

Can’t wait to see all those Sunlines all in one spot. :D That will be a first for us. We will have to start making a note on how many different models we will have.

Until then, Happy Camping

John
