Greetings. I bought my trailer about a year ago to live in upstate NY during the summer. I do not plan on towing it. I have been repairing several leaks and recently noticed the left side of slide out is sagging (inside.) I was wondering if this is a common problem. Also, must I turn tires periodically or better to remove? Trailer is staying put for now. I will be using Dicor rubber roof soon and would like to hear from others with tips. I watched the Dicor video online. Erick

Hi Erick,

Any chance of posting pictures of your sagging slide? Your model year camper, a 2005, would have the newer bottom plastic coated slide floor system. It helped solve a problem of water getting into what was a plastic membrane covering bare OSB board which was on the pre-2005's.

However with the new plastic bottom coated floor, the ends of the slide floor can become water infected.

Need more info on what you are seeing to help better.

You asked about "Dicor rubber roof" and you will be using it, what Dicor product is this? Dicor makes many products for rubber roofs from the actual membrane, to lap sealants (caulk), to actual coatings you put on the roof to restore a worn white layer. Trying to help but do not know which product you are referring too.

Hope this helps

John
