Hey guys! I own a T-1661 Sunline trailer. It is missing the cover for the furnace vent on the outside and I was wondering if anyone could provide a picture of what they look like or possibly somewhere I could go to look for this part?
I cant seem to figure out the style of cover originally outfitted on there so when we look at pick and pulls for a replacement I don't really know what Im looking for.

Thanks for your help!

Can you find a model number on the heater? With the model number we can look up the heater. I'm assuming this is still a Hydroflame furnace? Confirm that too when looking for the model number.

If you cannot find any numbers, take pics if possible of the inside the camper and what is outside. We can maybe identify it.

Hi John,

It is a Hydroflame- the FA-79 model, its fairly old so Im hoping I might still be able to find the cover for it. I have the original manual and everything but it doesnt say anything about the outside vent cover, I suppose that would be something that is specific to the Sunline trailers? Since this furnace could be put in any trailer design.

Thanks for your help!

This "might" help.

Does the inside of your furnace look like this? This is the model 7920 The 20 version of the 79 series.

Atwood 36543 7920 II 18K BTU Hydro Flame Furnace with B Vent | eBay

If it is, this "might" be the intake vent for it.
7920 II Atwood Furnace RV camper motorhome Trailer Outside Vent 79 11b Tube | eBay

I have never seen one of these in person, but know others have the 79 series furnace and still in use in the older campers.

If you can find the serial number, Atwood customer service may be able to confirm the part number of the air intake/exhaust vent. You can try here and ask for customer service.

Sunline did not make this part, they just install them in the camper.

A local RV dealer may be able to order that part for you or have one. Atwood is one of the many popular brands in furnaces, hot water heaters and stoves.

Hope this helps

John
