I even went so far as ordering another 5 yards of material - JUST IN CASE!!!

I think part of my problem is that stiff white material is NOT on both seat bottoms.

UPDATE

Flexsteel has a great customer service department....I dealt with a person LuAnne...who was most accommodating......best of all, they still had Tropical Magic material left in stock...... :D

Well our 07 T2499 in Tropical Magic has the same problem, I also sent an email to Flexsteel - however they want the model of the sofa, which I provided and they say they are not familiar with...
