Your comment on the brakes. Something seems changed. A 1991 T1550 has a GVWR of 3,000#. The camper should of had brakes on it...

I do not know 100% what your wheel bearings are but I can help on how to find out.

Since your camper has a 3,000# GVWR by the 91 brochure, odds are high you have a 3,500 lb axle...
