Where did you see the entry door was 22 1/16"? I did not see that. I thought Janalee stated her entry door was 20 1/8" wide.
Your 22 1/16" if it is, makes this a whole lot...

I did some hunting and it seems the "Recess width: 20 1/2"" Is the cabinet hole width in the camper.
What may help you is if the front flange of the fridge can be unscrewed off...
