I don't believe you have an isolator in your tv. my Trailblazer with factory towing did not, i installed a relay. Otherwise you will have to disconnect from your tv when dry camping or you will run...

If the was missing, good chance the red charge wire isn't hooked up to stud 1. You'll find the wire taped to the harness near the fuse box.

I guess I was assuming the vehicle had a tow package where there was already a plug on the back. Most of them are live all the time, i had to put a relay in mine to act as an isolator so I didn't...

It's possible your converter doesn't have a built in charger. Check the model and rating on the converter door. If it's not charging from the tv, could be a fuse on the battery box or a fuse under...
