A phillips head screw driver into the drain tube...

A phillips head screw driver into the drain tube fixed my fresh water tank that wouldn’t drain. Easiest thing to try first, imo.

You probably need to swap out the city water...

You probably need to swap out the city water connection with a new one. There’s a spring in there so water can’t come out like yours is. Not sure if it’s repairable or not, but a new one’s not hard...
