my bed flips up because there is another storage...

my bed flips up because there is another storage compartment under the bed were the drawers are located. The only other thing I can thing of doing is removing that somehow and making the bed more...

Came back yesturday from my first camping trip. Only complaint is I wish the main bedroom bed was a fold up too. You can barely walk in there without scratching the walls or getting yourself stuck....
