My previous '15 Silverado included 18x8.5 wheels and P265 tires as part of NHT...

I wouldn't be too hasty to blame the RAM for your problems or throw money at it messing with the hardware on a brand new truck. My scale numbers are very similar to yours except TW is closer to 15%....
