Hi, I never said it was for everyone. It works for us, fits in the corner and as many times we needed it in Maine.... ( love Maine ) it is great. As I sealed my roof with Latex, i see no good reason...

Welcome! We are only a few years into a 1550 and love every trip with it. The AC question was one I agonized over for a while. The 1550 has a place for a roof top unit...but I am not real fond of...
