Yes, that looks like the logo I saw. As I recall, this one is operated by a cable connected to a lever on the overhead range hood.

Thanks for the reply Jon, ours does have louvers at the front top of the range hood.
The fix looks pretty simple and inexpensive, I'll consider it for a Spring project!
