Slow Progress
Found more soaked wallboard today under the front window. So far 3 windows removed and reseated. Floor in and front wall rebuilt.

Progress Report
We've decided everything had to be removed and all the under flooring replaced. It was a relief to see the foam that will remain and that we didn't have to replace rotted plywood.
