Battery. You'll see a battery switch on the front...

Battery. You'll see a battery switch on the front of the unit, make sure it's on or open the black box to see if the fuse inside is good.

Window. You should see the two ends of the rubber gasket...

The batteries are to be hooked up positive to positive and negative to negative. I had as many as 4 hooked together for a weeks stay. Is the window the rear awning or the side slider? I can't picture...
