Which tank was it? Black or gray? If it was the black tank, at least you can still shower and wash dishes using the gray tank until repairs are made. Just do your business in campground facilities....

OUCH! Unfortunately, that is the holding tank. If it's just the corner, you might be able to patch it up. I would have to defer to someone with more knowledge on tank repairs though.
