Usually the metal is fine unless it's dented, because the window has no frame (it is the frame) it's just a matter of cutting the foam using the metal as a pattern. The frame is 1" so you can get 16'...

Once they are ripped to 1" a hand saw and some long cabinet screws is about all you need. They are stapled the cabinet screws work better. Picnic table makes a nice workbench.

I believe they are available measure the width and have a look on line. I have rebuilt several they are pretty easy to do I reframe them with pressure treated.
