Yeah that will work if you are past the camper...

Yeah that will work if you are past the camper regulator. Those fittings should have a shutoff valve right at the disconnect in order for the fitting to be removed. I'm not real fond of hose clamps...

Not a good plan the stove regulator is required behind a main regulator by code.

You can run two regulators your stove of instance all ready does. Just be real sure you have no leaks!
