The damage looks cosmetic only, to me. I wouldn't give up on the camper. I'd get it repainted.

JohnB, It looks like the brake fluid...

JohnB, It looks like the brake fluid deteriorated the undercoating on the van and that along with the brake fluid was splattered over the TT. No simple solution here.
