I kept trying turning the valves one...
I kept trying turning the valves one direction,then the other and even midpoint and water still kept coming out of the low point drain pipe thought there was something wrong until I tired one valve...

De-Winterizing HELP!
I have done this about 3 times (once a year) so I am never sure if the WH bypass is On or Off because there is nothing to indicate On or Off
Same with the hot & cold lines
