The area we opened up was near the wheel well but not the wheel well itself. I'm sure that had something to do with the coldness.

We had that space in the QUE and did the same as Janalee. Steve trimmed it with some automotive rubber trim that he had laying around. It looked great, but it was a cold area. I'm not sure why...
