You should be able to unclip the curtains, remove...

You should be able to unclip the curtains, remove the hooks, and wash them in the washing machine gently. That will help a lot too.

Cushions are a little trickier. You might be able to wash cold...

Welcome Jerry! It does look to be in great shape, and complete minus the original hubcaps! I too recently picked up a 12 1/2' MC that I'm working on.
