removal of inner bearings
Thanks, Mainah! Sounds like a plan, will try it today. I was going to try and save the seals, but already damaged one, so I'll get new ones. Thanks for your help!

Taillights issue
Just had the same problem on my 1991. Don't know what I did but I cleaned up all the ground connections on each unit (both taillight assemblies and 5 clearance lamps across the top on the back...
