There has to be something that works on...

There has to be something that works on smells..I'm not about to start taking down walls & floors to locate rot that may not be there.

If, I put a toogle switch in the blue wire it...

If, I put a toogle switch in the blue wire it should act as a high-low switch correct...When it's off it would run in low fan and when the switch is on it should be high fan...
