Thanks for the info I might take the spray foam out and move the toilet to the back corner and not put a shower in it

So I picked up a basket case t 1850. It’s totally gutted I was wondering if any has any pictures of the inside. Also what the subfloor thickness should be? Is spray foam between the floor joist done...
