'87 Saturn T-1661 Before & During Reno
'87 Sunline Saturn 17'

Bought this a couple weeks ago with the plan to go full time Workamping in the Spring 2014. Seemed like a pretty sound unit. Previous water damage in a few places but I first looked at it during all the weeks of rain storms we had here in GA and didn't detect any moisture or 'that smell' you get with existing leaks. So I took a gamble and hauled it home. Biggest reno is going to be the bathroom. Will reseal the top. Have to check out the TV antenna....not sure that's in working condition...but to me that's a minor issue. No plumbing leaks...unless I create some as I'm redoing the bathroom! All electrical works....had to get new bulbs and a few light-lens covers. Electric brakes had been bypassed and will be getting those back in service...and new tires. Stove(propane)-AC-Water work...haven't checked out the hot water heater yet.

No stabilizers from factory so I bought 4 of the pyramid type for now and will consider upgrading to something I can mount on the under frame.

Will probably resurface the backsplash with something TBD....paint some areas....add some color via new curtains maybe.....

To BE Continued.........

Old bathroom...or what's left of it. Salvaging the old shower pan though....may try to construct an outdoor shower using it.
Trying the new shower tub on for size.
Bathroom in process of ripping everything out. New shower tub drain is not in same position so I have to redo the drain lines. Took out the Barbie...
Tiny Tiny---did I say Tiny ? bathroom. Corner shower pan measured 24 x 24 by something. It had a shower curtain, but the shower pan was so shallow...
Replaced broken door glass with clear plexi---$8.00. I wanted clear to add more 'outside inside' but now you can see the screen slides thru it, but...
Results of BB gun to entry door glass.
Love the little lift up tables! Sitting on the sofa @ front end...it pulls out into a bed & has 2 of these little lift up tables.
Looking @ front end...kitchen to left & at end is sofa with pull down bunk.
At front end of camper looking toward rear. Sofa/bed & removable table.
