after a good cleaning.looks good for a 20 year old trailer!

new luan plywood after removing alot of rot

the rotted out mess from leaking window and roof

son working on subfloor

new frigde with new ceiling plywood and fresh white paint

after all new studs walls and wallpaper and new vinyl flooring just need a new set of cushion covers

new counter top with ceramic tile and microwave under

original order sheet and delivery sheet with vin tag

my middle daughter all excited about"a new playhouse".before demolition!

rescued from pine tree hell! this is before a good cleaning!
