If anyone finds himself at Bethpage Campground and Resort in Middlesex Cty., Va., (outside Urbanna) go to "Something Different" on Rt. 602.
The cuisine is old South, the owner is a bit eccentric and the food is outstanding. If you've never had authentic, cooked for hours over an open pit, Southern BBQ - now's your chance. Or try the apple butter and hot dog sandwich. (I told you Dan is eccentric.)
Here's the link roastery
I drive 60 miles to eat lunch there and get the homemade chili-chocolate ice cream.

Bone appetite,
Teach

I'm sure the ice cream is great as the name sort of sends one wondering. But that is the draw to these unique places.

There is a lunch time favorite restaurant in Richmond IN. We were working in the area fro over a year and stopped in often. The name escapes me but I remember the sandwiches which where out of this world. The menu had the strangest names. I always had the Buggzey BBQ. And then there was another sandwich called Uncle Richards Stupid Idiot something. My buddy always ordered it. These even sounded strange ordering them... But for the reasonable price and the very high quality food the place was always packed.

John

clueless campers is an unknown quantity at this point
John, I found this by googling Buggzey BBQ sandwich, Richmond, IN: Little Sheba's Restaurant. It looks like the place you remember, although it seems they've added pizza, beer and wine.
Wow! that's some menu, Little Sheba's Menu. It looks like it might take longer to read it and make a decision than it would to eat your meal. BTW,the Bugsy BBQ was named after former employee Ronald "Bugs" Bledsoe who passed in July, 2011.
