We recently took a little trip of the Great River Road along the Mighty Mississippi. Our first night out was at Nauvoo IL where we found this Mormon Tabernacle. The Mormon's moved to Nauvoo IL after leaving MO and before they moved on West. Very interesting town.



We stopped in Dyersville IA where the film Field of Dreams was shot and you can still run around the bases.

Back in Texas I guess.



It was a fun trip. We always wanted to see where the Mississippi begins and the Split Rock Lighthouse.
