An interesting kitchen tool....

I received a neat little gift from my brother in law yesterday. It's called "Ultra Chef Express". I was skeptical until I used it.
It's basically a manually operated food processor, with attachments. I whipped up a batch of salsa tonight, and was impressed with it. It chopped up the cilantro, onions, tomato, etc. into neat little bits with no fuss whatever.
In one light weight box, you can have a slicer, chopper, shredder, citrus juicer, blender, whipper, and mixer.
For those of use who love our little mobile homes, it seems like a perfect fit.
I'll be enjoying this on our longer road trips.
Tom

I have one like that!!! It was called Salsa Fresca, and it came with a bunch of attachments, even an egg beater. Since my husband took exception to my having "too many kitchen gadgets," I moved it to the camper and it's been perfect there!

Looked it up on Amazon and may have to buy one seeing how we've got two recommendations here. A neat idea especially for the Sunline and anything that can make chopping onions tear-free is a must-have.

Well, four years on....

I still like the thing. I don't use it a lot, but it still works and is easy to clean!
