Personal Comments:
This campground is perfect for people with kids who are going to Hershey Park. We were in the pull-through area because our friends were afraid of backing in on their first time out in their 1950. It was like a parking lot. We had to walk the dog for him to do his business because there was so little grass at the site. We were there for a concert and it's the only campground nearby. If we go there again we'll stay in the "Shady Rest" area which is very pleasant but has only E/W (some are no hookups). The sites along the stream (100-109) across from the pool are ideal for families wanting a central location. Be aware that there's a freight train that runs right alongside the campground, and some sites back up to the tracks with only a chainlink fence between you and the train. I'd certainly avoid those sites. The pool wasn't open yet, but they were preparing it and it looked nice and clean, and is very large for a campground pool. The playgrounds are nice. This place is kiddie city If you take kids here they'll love it.
