Campground Loch Haven

We are heading to Loch Haven University next weekend for a wrestling reunion. Does anyone have knowledge of campgrounds in the area and/or recomendations??

You could stay at Bald Eagle State Park ( modern) Campground along Rt 150 at Howard Pa. Its a nice park with 90% of the sites having electric but no water or sewer. The sites are nice sized and paved but not many shade trees. I think its about 10 mile to Lock Haven.

Thanks, I'll check it out online. We are only going for two nights, so water and sewage are not crucial.

Try Holiday Pines it is a nice campground and is just off I-80 in Loganton. Full hookup and 20 min. to LH.

We stayed at Bald Eagle State Park and had a great weekend. We biked about 30 miles of the Grand Canyon of PA. Something I have been wanting to do for a long time. It was quite beautiful with the Fall foliage. We did some Geocaching around the state park and got to see much of it except the lake. It looks like if we brought our sailing kayaks it would be a good time. Next time we'll stay longer and bring more toys!
