It needs a couple cosmetic tweaks. Bathroom vinyl floor cracked from the heat of being closed up and the corner of the bathroom wallpaper is peeling a bit. I could hire that stuff fixed for about $300 I think. The exposed part of the awning vinyl appears to be peeled in one corner (we never used it). It probably needs a new battery but that is easily fixed - the old one is on a trickle charger in the basement. We only used it 3 or 4 times since we bought it lightly used in 2007. If you are serious about purchase I can certainly sent as many pics as you want to your cell phone # or email.
