Wanted 2004-2007 T-2499 or T-2553

Interested in a clean T-2499 or T-2553, and would prefer if the 2553 had the freestanding dinette table/chairs.

On the T-2499, no frames problems or corrected frames only.

I looked at that unit and it is rough! Rear living corners rotted, soft floor at rear door, frame is bent in the front. This unit was not taken care of inside or out. The outside compartments have leaks and the smell of wet wood. It addition to all the issues it is a dirty trailer. Definately a project trailer!!!

Camper neglect....

The dealer I'm sure who is in business I would think would have to know this. Hopefully they will be upfront with the new buyer.

I actually went to look At it because I was interested in it?! The pictures looked great and the price was good. When I pulled onto their lot and looked at it I knew it was a dog. The decals are very bad, trailer looked like it hadn't been washed or detailed in years, the frame was bent in the front . When I Opened the rear Door into living area the smell of wet wood greeted me. The floor had already been repaired at the door but was soft again. Both rear corners were soft to The point the vinyl was the only thing left. The front over head compartments also smelled of wood rot. I personally wouldn't have wanted it at any price .

That is really sad. Some people just beat their campers up.
I work really hard to maintain and keep my camper clean.

I just finished hand waxing with a cleaner/polisher....not that I would do that again, a lot of work (unless I buy a small buffer

but she has never been so white and clean!

Thanks John! Buying a new camper is not something I look forward to with Craigslist scams, dishonest salesmen and dealers and then knowing and making sure I do a complete inspection. I do plan on purchasing this water meter

And being in Arizona right now makes it tough (although I will be heading back to Michigan and on to Pennsylvania for my 1st Buttonwood Rally

so I would greatly appreciate a member, if possible looking at one I may find
