Hello All,
I am needing the handle/crank to lower and raise the stabilizing jacks. Anyone got one they want to part with ?

Thank you Ketch

Ketch..there are at least two types..One has a hook that goes into a hole (older trailers usually) and one that has a square type head..which are you looking for..and have you looked online? find out first which type you are looking for.., I have often found these "orphan parts" at local dealers...

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I am thinking it might be the square one as there are tubes that come from the jack that the crank would go into. I Dont see how you would hook anything inside the tube. But i am not completely sure as i have not looked into the holes.

I will check it out.

Thank you for the information. Ketch

Ketch..the handle does not go into it-the end of the handle goes on it like your tire wrench for the lug nuts. I still say call an rv dealer and see if he has a used one. You may even find one at a local junkyard..Post a message on Facebook Marketplace..good luck.( have you asked the former owner?)

If the end has a hex end on it a soket and a ratchet will do fine even a 4 way lug wrench.

Most dealers and even Camping World should stock spare handles of at least the hex key variety, if not others.

My 2002 has a hex head, and I stopped using the furnished one and bought a deep well socket and a 1/2" ratchet. For me, its much easier and quicker.

Thank you all for the responses.
I have not been able to see the end of the jack screw as the pipes are full of dirt as yet. Been too cold to get out and work on it. But i will be doing that shortly.
At least i have an idea of what to look for.

Thanks again. Ketch
