Thank you in advance for any information available.

RV manufacturers have holding tanks custom made to fit their units so it is highly unlikely that you can get an off-the-shelf replacement. But many of the tank manufacturers will make up one-offs to your specifications. If you're comfortable with this kind of repair, you'll want to find someone who is to either do it for you or guide you through it.
Somewhere easily founbd on this forum is a huge list of suppliers of RV parts. There should be several tank manufacturers listed.
There are also several threads on repairs to these tanks, some of them have been recently added to. Depending on the damage, repair may be a good option.
You said you broke the gray water tank but are using a porta-potty in the interim? Do you mean black water tank? If I broke a gray water tank, I'd be using dishpans for most washing, and campground showers for personal hygiene.
One other option may be to take the rig to an RV repair shop. But because Sunline is out of business, some of them might not realize that the fix is the same, regardless of manufacturer. It's an unfortunate, but all too real, situation.
