1978 Sunline 21 RB -- Very Good Condition, solid original floor, no roof leaks, great awning, all systems are functional and there have been many recent improvements. This camper is clean and ready to go. The air conditioner blows ice cold. It takes a day for the refrigerator to get cold. The original table warped and we tossed it and use what you see in the picture. The sinks, cushions, counters, toilet, lights and bath tub are still original. We had planned to update to LED lighting and add more modern fixtures but instead purchased a newer camper. All the following improvements have been done in the past 6 years: New tires 2014, Painted on rubber roof, New gray and black tanks, Replaced roof rafters with steel beams, Replaced roof insulation with 1" insulating board, Replaced ceiling, Repaired framing and replaced walls on both ends, New gas regulator and hot water heater control, Shower walls replaced, and New vinyl flooring. The privacy accordion door that goes between the rear beds and the rest of the camper is not currently installed, but will go with the trailer. A support for a queen bed was built that can go between the stock twin beds and will go with the camper. The trailer is supposed to sleep up to 6 but we think that would be a stretch. There is no bedding in the upper front and rear berths--we utilized those areas for storage. The camper is currently winterized, but there are pictures showing the frost in the refrigerator and the stove flames are lit. Sunline has a clean title. Axle weight when empty is 2,515. Hitch weight when empty is 365 lbs. Total weight is 2,880 lbs. Hitch takes a 2-5/16 in. ball and is equipped with load leveling bar connections. The Sunline has been kept under a tarp for winters. The Sunline club has available the manual and brochures for this Sunline. Questions? Call Fred 717-four-seven-five-9723. See more pictures here:
