Well, if nothing else,the guy ain't too bright. If I was buying/selling trailers without being licensed as a dealer, I certainly wouldn't state that in my ad!

I'm licensed as a dealer for mobile and manufactured homes. The penalties for getting caught unlicensed, at least in Michigan, are severe.

Wow, I guess I got a good deal on my 85! That seems like a lot of money for a trailer over 25 years old. That one looks like it is in really good shape, though. I like the layout.
