Sunny #19 is in need of a new home. I bought it to try and get Kitty camping another time or two before she passed, but did not have it ready in time.
As some of you know, the front 2/3 of the floor had to be replaced. It now has vinyl in an oak hardwood pattern in it.
It also now has a new full walk-on rubber roof on it.
New tires and aluminum wheels installed in November, 2012..
I've tested everything and the A/C, fridge and furnace work great. I am still having a bit of trouble with the water heater not wanting to let the pilot stay lit.
I've got well over $7,000 in the Sunny, but It was more than worth it to me for Kitty. I am asking $4,500 but kind of flexible... Any other questions... Feel free to ask.
P.S. 1997 was the first year Sunline used the "Advancer" name. This one does not have the tapered nose, like the later ones did. At the time, the term Advancer was used on their fiberglass exterior units.
