I am posting this for a friend who is selling his well cared for T2363 with queen bed option. It has only been used for 9 seasons. It was stored from 1998-2008 inside a heated building.
It sleeps 4- double bed in private entrance bedroom and Dinette/couch folds to double bed. It has all options..Hot water/ Heat/ AC/ Shower/ Microwave /Oven/ Fridge/Cable and Antenna/Fresh-Gray-Black water tanks and hookups/Spare Tire. All systems are working. New Goodyear radial tires in 2010.
