Why would the rock guard be on the rear window and not the front? That doesn't seem quite right.

One of the brackets came loose so we took it off. It can be reattached though.

The rear rock guard was an option for a number of years, but not very well advertised. They are rare, and this stripe pattern indicates it was originally a rear rock guard.
